Makes Himself Very Scarce* The only business before.the Duoedin Court on February 12 was the case ol Ralph Kelly, which is periodically called on. Ralph was at one time an inmate of an industrial school, but his ardent nature couldn't stomach the • restraint, and he lit-out for a more . agreeable domicile. He was loose for some months, but then took to trying the trueness of this t,y« bfi, shying road metal at telegraph insulators, and m November a warrant was issued for his arrest. Since then, KaJph has . managed to elude the peelers, aad v though he was seen at Green Island recently the police couldn't pounce on him. A remand of a month was granted. .
