Crowded Out.

Owing to the heavy encroachment upon our space this week lam compelled to put aside an article dealing with the Miramar; football grounds and arrangements m connection therewith last Saturday, as well as a few critiques on the annual report of the New Zealand Rugby Union. In the latter connection it might be interesting to know the reasons for the delay that has arisen over the publicity of the Union's balance-sheet. I understand that the accounts were not finally passed by the auditor until Wednesday morning. Why?
