Besides being deprived of the sense of hearing—the great gift of God— and shut out from the many pleasures of life, the deaf usually suffer intensely from head-noises, ringing m the ears, and other serious complications which sooner or later- follow m train of deafness, and it is indeed, gratifying to have m .this country a branch of the Earoscope Association from London and New York, to make their home treatment within the. reach of all Australasian sufferers from this terrible affliction. This treatment contains no drugs, and no electricity, nor is it anything like an ear-drum, but simply Pure Aural Kinetics, Avhich can be applied by all sufferers at their own , homes, wherever they may reside. As this treatment is used by one's self, without requiring any medical aid, the reader is, therefore, advised to write to the Earoscope Institute, SO Pitt-street Sydney, N.S.W.. for full particulars concerning this Pure Aural Kinetics, and how it should be used for the various diseases of the ear, all of which will be posted free ol charge on mentioning this, paper.*
