"A 'Modern Adventuress," a melor drama with which Mr Geach opens a Nejv Zealand tour next Thursday evening, is a play entirely new to local theatre-goers, though m its fifth successful year m England, ami success has also attended its Australian production. . Mr Gcaoh has sent many good entertainments to New Zealand, including Miss-Grace Palotta, Willoughby and Ward and Human Hearts companies quite recently, and knows well, how to cater for the local theatre-goer, so that we may look for something up-to-date. Mr Albert Clark, so well-known throughout New Zealand, is here making the necessary arrangements for the opening, and on arrival of the company takes charge as manager for the tour. . The box plan opens on P/londay next .at 10 a.m., at Holliday and'Co's.
