SEIZURE BY TUB HEALTH DEPARTMENT. Diamond Coufeclicuery'Co. the Defendants. At the -Magistrate 'is Court yesterday morning. ' before Dr. McAitbui, S.M., Chas. Henry Jones, manager 08 the Diamond' Couiectioivery Co., was charged with, that "on November 14, 1906, he did have m his possessit'h, I at Abel' Smith-Street, certain material, to wit,. 576 tins of condensed milk, for the purpose of preparation for sale for human consumption, the same being unwholesome arid unfit for human consumption.
