"Critic" heard Mr 188, last Saturday evening, thoroughly blackguard a gentleman for tending 2s 6d for a "tuppeny" fare on a Newtown tram. Perhaps this is the sort of conduct the tramway people encourage. If it is, one of these fine days some irate citizen will cause trouble. These insolent tram-coudiictors are making it too strong arid as "Critic" saw and heard Mr 188 making it so hot, perhaps he will be called upon to explain.
