INDECENT ASSAULT.
At the Police Court on Monday, George Phillips, an elderly man, .was brought up on a shocking charge of having committed an indecent assault pn a boy. Chief Detective Marsack asked for a remand for a week, and said there was a probabilftv of another charge of a similar kind "beins: made against accused. The application was -granted.
