Lough lin and leaves for London next month This gets over the difficulty of the Opposition refusing pairs to Ministers intending to travel as regard Mr McKell. The Minister for Mines, Mr J. M. Bacldeley, is also contemplating a trip, but there is nobody to pair with him’ outside the official Opposition, which does not include Mr Loughlin. formerly Minister of Agriculture under Mr Lang, but recently a personal opponent. An earlier message, dated January 14th, stated that Mr Baddclev would leave in any case, as it wn< expected that the session would b: over by that time.
