KRONFELD’S record lowered, Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, January 18. In an official attempt at the tepid baths this evening A. D. Adamson lowered L. L. Kronfeld’s 100 metres New Zealand record by three seconds to 64 2-ssec. Adamson swam the first 100 yards in 57 4-fisec, whioh is 2-Sseo slower than Dowsett's New Zealand record. Both swimmers meet in the 100 yards championship here on Saturday. G. Bridson beat Cunnold and Meikle in the 100 yards challenge race in 61 1-5 sec. The Dominion intermediate record is 6lseo.
