A GREAT PORT Captain Post, a member of tbe Wellington Harbour Board, who ha* returned from u trip round the world, was welcomed buck by the board last night. Captain Post said that while away he had been shown over various ports, and he had not seen one port that Wellington did not take precedence over. We had the finest harbour, wharves, and facilities he had seen. One thing he had noticed that we did not have in Wellington warn the floating fender, which would save our wharves n lot.
