LORD MELVILLE Australian and N.Z. Cabin Association. LONDON, September 21. Lord Melville is dead, aged 83. He was the son of the Rev. Charles Dundas, of Epworth, Lincolnshire, and succeeded to the title on the death of his brother in 1904. Ho was married three times and leaves a widow, four sons, and two daughters. His heir is the Hon. Henry O.. C. Dundas, who is British Consul at Ajaccio, Corsica. mlleTdreyfus M'lle. Irma Dreyfus, migration publicist, is dead. MR R. T.
