TRIED TO KISS ONE BLACKGUARDLY CONDUCT. Per Press Association. DANNEVIRKE, September Id. Three informations, charging him with assaults on girls, were preferred against Herbert W. Alorgan, a young man, at tbe Magistiate’s Court. The defendant admitted the charges. It was represented bv the police that the defendant had been hanging round the streets following girls home at night. He attempted to kiss one of the girls. The circumstances were not serious, but the conduct* was blackguardly. The defendant, who had been in trouble previously, was sentenced te one month’s imprisonment on one -liarge, and convicted and discharged on the others.
