HOSPITAL LOST AFTER EXTRA TIMEv Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, August 23. The match between Hospital (Wellington) and North Shore (Auckland) in the North Island final of the'Chatham Cup Association football competition, while by no means a first-class exposition of football, was evenly contested at a rattling pace and spectacular to a degree. Dacre scored first for North Shore, and then Lambert equalised for Hospital. Anderson then goaled. again for Hospital and Baxter and Jav for North Shore, making the score at half-time: Shore 3, Hospital 2. With only five minutes to go Hospital rallied and Newman equalised the scores with the be6t goal of the day. Two extra spells were ordered and Jay scored for North Shore, although he appeared to be well offside. There was no further scoring, the game ending: North Shore 4, Hospital 3.
