POSTMARK DIES ON LETTERS PROPOSAL IN ENGLAND. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received August 15, 5-5 p.m.J* LONDON, Augufet 14.. A huge scheme of advertising by means of postmark dies on letters and postcards has been introduced by the Postmaster-General. It is available for business men, societies, and municipalities. Advertisements on millions of letters weekly have already been booked at a scale of charges varying according to the area it is desired to cover.
