SPYING SUSPECTED
PLANS OF NAVAL MACHINERY SCOTLAND YARD AT WORK. (Received July 25, 11.5 p.m.) LONDON, July 24. The “Sunday Express” understands that the Portsmouth police have sought the aid of Scotland Yard concerning plans of the machinery of the cruiser Suffolk, which it is believed have been copied.
