CAR OUT OF CONTROL

LADY PASSENGER INJURED. Per Press Association. PALMERSTON N., Juno 25. Owing to the steering gear getting out of control, a three-seater car driven by A. A. Whittaker, of Colyton, went off the road near Raukawa yesterday and hit a clay bank. A lady passenger was cut about the face by broken glass, but the driver was uninjured. The car was badly damaged, and had to he removed to Palmerston North for repairs.
