FOUND BY NIGHT
ELDERLY LABOURER GAOLED John Curran, alias Scrimshaw, a labourer, aged 58 years, appeared before Mr E. Page, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court yesterday morning to answer a charge of being found by night without lawful excuse in a shed situated at Tvaiwnrrn, belonging to the Farmers’ Distributing Company. Curran admitted the offence and wns sentenced to one month’s imprisonment.
