RIFFS CONCEDING NOTHING DISCUSSION ADJOURNED. i (Sydney "Sun" Cable.) (Reoeived April 26, 7.25 p.m.) PARIS, April 25. It is reported from Ouijda that the peace conference has been adjourned. The Riffs insisted that official negotiations should precede the guarantees desired by France and Spain. General Simone telegraphed to Paris tor instructions.
