CYCLIST SCORCHES
CRASHES INTO LORRY. Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, April 19. Walter Smith, a youth, was charged this morning with riding a bicycle negligently, and was ordered to come up for sentence, provided he does not ride a cycle for six months. The cas» was the result of a collision caused hv .Smith crashing into a lorry. He had his bead down and was scorching.
