RIFLE SHOOTING
SUBURBS CLUB SCORES REPRESENTATIVES IN TEAMS MATCH. The following members of the Suburbs Defence Rifle Club have been selected to represent the club in the Wellington team which will fire the home-anfl-home match at Trentham next Saturday;—J. Smart, R. E. Hester, A. Harris, T. Goodall (emergency) ; H. R. Hunt was not available. Other members of the club will meet at Miramar at 1.30 p.m. to fire the annual musketry course. It is compulsory for members to fire this course each year, and this will probably be the last opportunity for the ourrent year. Ranges"will be 100 to 500 yards, and member* will require to provide 30 rounds of ammunition. Leading scores in the third series of the handicap competition, which will terminate with a shoot at 600 and 700 yards, ok April 24th, are as follow: C. Milro.v 189, R, Hare 183, T. Goodall 182, W.
