RIDER CHARGED AND COMMITTED. Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, April 17. Allen Edward Wishart (19), a stu dent, was committed for trial on a chaTge of causing the death of Joyce Porter, a child, whom he struck while cycling at night on a footpath without a light.
