The Sydney branch of the Seamen’s Union, as a counter-move to Mr Tom Walsh’s application to the Arbitration Court for the re-registration of the union, decided r.t a special meeting to empower its officials pro tern to take steps to apply for Federal re-registra-tion, under the 1025 rules.
