INTERPROVINCIAL CONTEST OTAGO TEAM WINS. Per Press Association. INVERCARGILL, March 24. The first ladies’ interprovincial howling tournament to he held in New Zealand took place at Invercargill today between Otago and Southland. Six rinks participated, and Otago won by 13-3 to BS.
