Barraud, did not reach the reserve: and No. 41, Pipitea street, a 6-roomed dwelling on a beautiful section of land, 56 ft 9in by 132 ft, in the estate of the late John Waters, also just failed to reach the upset price. Both unsold properties are now in the hand 3 of the Auctioneers for private sale.
