NEW SYSTEM OF NEGOTIATION LORD I LONDONDERRY’S PLAN. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. LONDON, January 27. The newspapers give prominence to Lard Londonderry’s suggestion that the Mining Aseociation should be dissolved, and that employers and men discuss wages on a district basis. Sir Alfred Mond, as chaurman of a large colliery enterprise, welcomes Lord Londonderry’s attitude. He says that greater elasticity in negotiations and arrangements in the mining industry is required than the national agreement affords.
