GERMAN PAYMENTS TO ALLIES OBJECT OF NEW GOVERNMENT ‘‘DAWES PLAN IMPOSSIBLE” Bv Telegraph. —Press Assn.—Copyright Published in "The Times.” LONDON, January 25. The Berlin correspondent of “The Times” says that one of the political objects of the new German Government will he an assault on the Dawes Plan. He quotes the “Tngliche Rundschau,” which usually reflects Herr Streaemann’s view. The paper declares that the Dawes Plan is proving impossible of fulfilment. “Unless Germany is to 6ink into misery,” its adds, “our Government must try to get the Dawes Plan altered, and on this point must be supported with a united front by all parties in order that a conference may be summoned at the earliest possible date This conference must examine anew Germany’s actual possible paying capacity and must result in the alterations of conditions accepted at the time under pressure of necessity.”
