STEAMER WAIKOUAITT. Per Frees Association. CHRISTCHURCH, January 25. The Union Company’s steamer Waikouaiti has been held up since Wed nesday awaiting a crew. The company’s call met with no response, the men demanding that three extra trimmers he signed an. The company declined. A further effort to secure a crew today was unsuccessful.
