TO MAKE MARZIPAN POTATOES

I want to tell you how to make the marzipan "potatoes” like they sell in the sweet shops for your next party. You will need a quarter of a pound of ground almonds, a quarter of a pound of sugar, and yolk of one egg. Mix the ground almonds and sugar together well, add the egg yolk, and mix to a stiff paste. Then break off small pieces, and roll them to the shape of potatoes, about the size of a walnut, and afterwards roll in cocoapowder.
