GIVEN A CHANCE
FOUND SLEEPING IN OPEN. “You have been leniently treated and I hope you’ll show that you appreciate it,” said Mr T. E. Maunsell, S.M., at the Magistrate’s Court yesterday, to Waited Daniel Cox, who Was found in a vacant section in Thorndon Quay un Wednesday night without lawful excuse.
The accused was ordered to come up for sentence when called upon.
