FOR FLYING OVER GERMANY. Reuter's Telegram. PARIS, September 22. The newspapers state that the German authorities at Freiburg fined de Coete 120,000 francs. Do Ooste went astray in a fog when flying to India, and crashed in a German forest.. 'The German law forbids Allied airplanes to fly over Germany.
