CANCER RESULT OF COLLISION

Mr W. L. Hargreaves, chief mechanical engineer to Lever Brothers, Port Sunlight, was awarded ,£3121 damages against Benjamin Yates, a poultry farmer, of Mold, at Liverpool Assizes. While cycling Mr Hargreaves was involved in a collision with Mr Yates's motor-van, driven by Yates, jiinior. He was injured in the spine, and it was contended that he developed cancer os a result of his injuries.
