Considerable geographical importance is attached to the capture of the Zawia of Ouledghazzar, in the Moroccan campaign, as it affords a wide field of view northward. A Spanish newspaper reports that Abd el Krim was seriously wounded in the left leg in the fighting at Bibane, and is lying in a fever at Targuiz, attended by two German surgeons and the members of his general staff. AMERICAN VOLUNTEERS VIOLATING FEDERAL LAW. Australian and N.Z Cable Association WASHINGTON, September 19. The State Department, has telegraphed to the American Consul at .Tangier to call the attention of American aviators, volunteers with the French army in Morocco, that they are violating the United States laws designed to prevent Americans from serving with foreign military forces.
