RED CROSS BALL
ARRANGEMENTS COMPLETE. At last night’s meeting of the committee in connection with the arrangements for the lief] Cross ball Mr M. H. Robinson presided. Other members present were: Lady R. Heaton Rhodes, Mesdames Pow, Chapman, Wright, S. Myers, Fama, Misses R. Jackson, Hyde, Mclntyre, Hynes, Sheeran and the Hon. Dr. Collins, M.L.C., Captain Abel, and Messrs Mays, Watts, and Galloway (secretary). The conveners of the sub-committee reported that arrangements for the ball were completed, and in order to make the function a complete success strong public support was necessary.
