VICTORIAN SEAMEN INDIGNANT EFFORTS FOR HIS RELEASE. By Telegraph.— Prew Assn.— CoDvright MELBOURNE, July 8. At a mass meeting of Victorian seamen, a protest was made against the imprisonment of Noel Lyons in New Zealand, and the executive of the union was given power to take steps to have him released.
