BROOKLYN CLUB. Last week the sixteenth annual meet, ing of the Brooklyn Harrier Club was held' in the Y.M.C.A., about twenty members being present. Mr D. C. Todd was in the chair, and in moving the adoption of the report referred to the fact that the previous season was the least successful experienced for many years, since, although runuers T up in the five mile cross-country • teams’ championship, the ten milo teams’ race, and third in the road race, the club had failed to carry off any major honours? Ho stressed the point that new members must be sought, and 'hoped that amongst the fresh blood introduced during the coming season would be found another Barclay.
