VESSEL HELD UP. DISPUTE OVER TWO MEN. Per Press Association. ' AUCKLAND, March 23. The employment of two men not previously employed on sugar work at Chelsea resulted 1 in the discharge of the Bona being held- up since Friday. The dispute is still unsettled. STILL UNSETTLED. A later onesage states that the dispute over the discharge of the sugar cargo from the steamer Rona is unsettled. The vessel was again idle today. A call was made this morning for about 200 men to discharge the Rona and stack -sugar in the store and only 30 responded, consequently the attempt to work the ship was abandoned. The union officials state that the men are willing to work if the two men concerned are not employed. The stevedore will not comply with the demand, and it is doubtful how the matter will be settled.
