CULPRIT GOES TO REFORMATORY Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, December 19. Thomas Glover (18) pleaded guilty the theft of a. bicycle. The ‘police carpenter’s tools, and. antique fittings, valued at £lO9 2s 6d, in the Magistrate's Court this morning. He was convicted and ordered; to bo detained at the Borstal Institute foY a period not exceeding two* years. Glover a week ago was - placed on probation for the theft of a bicycle. The police stated ho had a hut on Cashmere Hills where he dismantled the machines.
