REVELATION IN FRANCE. MALVY’S ALLEGATION. Reuter’s Telegram. (Received December 17, 8.40 p.m.) PARIS, December 15. In the course of a discussion in the Chamber of Deputies on the clause in the Amnesty Law concerning M. Malvy_ and M. Oailtaux, M. Malvy made a revelation in regard to the bite French Government’s connection with the defeatist newspaper, “Bonnet Reuse,” whoso director, Almeyreda, died in prison. Mi Malvy said he did nothing with regard to the “Bonnet Rouge,” which waa known to and approved by the Government of the day. He was new released from the promise he made to M. Viviani. Ho paid Almeyreda subsidies after a discussion by the Gounod of Ministers, presided oyer by M. Poincare, whioh considered it bet. ter, in the interest of national defence, to take under its wing a paper which influenced a certain part si the Imputation. M. Malvy added that M. Viviani gave him 20,000 francs for Almeyreda, made up of 10,000 francs each from M. Milferand, then Minister of War, and M. Dekasse, then Foreign Minister.
