"JOY NIGHT”
O.T.C.’a GREAT CHILDREN’S EFFORT. In pursuance of their usual annual custom to raise funds io provide Christmas cl-eer for sick and orphan chilaren in local institutions, the committee of tho Commercial Travellers’ and Warehousemen’s Association is busily engaged in making the' necessary arrangements for a big, “Joy Night,” which’ will eventuate in a couple of months’ time, and' which will be advertised in due course. The children now .look on the travellers as their Santa Claus, and with the assistance of the public, those who undertake this voluntary work of love will see that this year The little ones without parents of tbeir own will not bo disappointed. The committee are so confident of success on this occasion that they have decided to devote portion of the funds raised to the C.T. and W. Association Blinded Soldiers and Sailors Fund.
