LYTTELTON TUNNEL
CHAMBER OF COMMERCE SUGGESTION. Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH. September 11. The proposal that Mr. Tsitt, M.P., should consider the question of resigning in the event of the Government not agreeing to electrify the Lyttelton tunnel, and then allow himself to be sent back triumphantly unopposed, and free from any promise to Government, is made by Mr W. Machin, vicepresident of the Canterbury Chamber of Commerce.
