Th doctor Iras recently completed a lectun tour off Australia, India and Eurcipe and for the last few months lecturing in California. He is to lecture in Wellington to-night on ednea tion, a subject of which he has made a special study. It is understood that lie will expound some of* the latent* ideals in education, and give details df their practical application in various countries.
