This long stride towards an electric system to embrace the nation is advocated iby Mr Herbert Hoover, Secretary far Commerce, who proposes to retain the independence of the members, and plans to furnish more power and cheaper power. The territory linked by to-day’s compact inoludes 7,250,000 individual consumers.
