ANTI-DUMPING REGULATIONS. ALLOWED TO LAPSEP Beater's T#bmm. LONDON, March 18. Lord Cavendish-Bentinck, M.P. (Con.), stated at Nottingham that the Government intended to allow the antidumping provisions of the Safeguarding of Industries Act to lapse. After an interview with Mr Sidney Webb, Resident of the Board of Trade, he found that the Government had decided not to give effect, to the findings of tho committee appointed by the Baldwin Government regarding unfair foreign competition.
