ARRIVAL IN AUSTRALIA. "NOT AN EASY TASK.” Bv Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright SYDNEY, March 19. Dr. W. Busing, first German Consul to be appointed to the Commonwealth since tho war, has arrived from Canton, where for two years he has acted as Consul. He said he realised that the task before him was not an easy one, but he was not without hope of being able to reopen cordial relations between Australia and Germany. His desire was to serve both countries.
