NO TIME FOR PRIVATE MEMBERS UNTIL NEXT MONTH. Australian and N.Z Mil# Association LONDON, March 18. The House of Commons unanimously agreed to Mr J. R. CUynes’s motion that the Government should take the whole of the time until the end of the financial year. He explained that owing to very heavy financial business the Government did net propose to take any legislation before the second reading of the Consolidated Fund Bill on March 26th, except the Local Authorities’ Emergency Provisions Bill.
