GOOD FISHING AT TAUPO

21 Jib RAINBOW TROUT. Mr Strang and party, from Palmerston North, fishing in the Tongariro river, secured 21 splendid ■ salmon trout, averaging 111 b 4oz. Mr Yatman, an overseas angler, recently secured a magnificent 21J-pounder rainbow trout, this being the largest specimen secured this season. Numerous catches of from 20 to 40 fish have been landed during the past week. The recent hekvy rains will greatly improve the sport. Ideal weather now prevails.
