COLONIAL LOAN
ARRANGEMENTS BEING MADE. FAIRLY SUBSTANTIAL. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received January 29, 8.50 p.m.) LONDON, January 29. The “Daily Telegraph’s” City Editor says that he understands that arrangements are nearly completed for the issue of an interesting Colonial Government Loan. The amount applied for is fairly substantial, and it is probable that stock will he offered for public subscription during the present week.
