The “Morning Post” correspondent in Manchester states that, with a view of coping with tho critical situation created by American specu’ations iu cotton futures, a joint Lancashire committee, representing employers, and employees, will on Tuesday consider the possibility of organising a combination to combat the speculations, which it is estimated, are cosh ing Lancashire a million a week.
