FATAL SEIZURE IN STREET

DEATH DUE TO HEART FAILURE. (Special to “N.Z. Times.”) AUCKLAND, December 16. An elderly man, Mr Thomas James McAneany, dropped dead in the vicinity of the Grey Lynn tram terminns. Mr McAneany, who was a resident of Union street, city, had been at work in Garnet road, but had complained of feeling unwell, and was returning to his home at the time of the seizure. Dr C. J. Griffin, who had been attending deceased for some months, certified that death was due to heart failure. An inquest will not be neoessary.
