Tchitcherin, the Russian Foreign Minister, commenting on the acquittal of Conradi for the murder of Vorowsky, said: ‘ ‘Switzerland, which was the formqr haven of exile for Lenin and others, will henceforth be boycotted by Russians. 'The entire Swiss bourgeoise is responsible for this crime, and will pay dearly. There will be no Russian relations, business, or visitors.” Vorowsky, a Russian emissary at the Near East Conference, was shot dead by Conradi, whose family had suffered during the Bolshevik Revolution. Conradi was acquitted by five votes to four.
